SIZE GUIDE

A dessert sized portion is 2 inches x 1 inch x height of cake (standard is 4 inches high).

A coffee sized portion is 1 inch x 1 inch x height of cake (standard is 4 inches high).

For design purposes all of our cake tiers are all approximately 6 inches tall.

Prices are quoted based on dessert sized portions unless coffee serves are specified.

At weddings where the cake is being served as the main dessert, dessert sized portions are  recommended. However if dessert is already being provided in your menu then coffee serves are appropriate.

Double barrel cakes are 2 standard height cakes of the same width which are stacked on top of each other providing double the servings and looks like one tall cake tier. This option is popular for celebration cakes.
